Perak State Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal announced that the reopening of the night markets only allowed people over the age of 13 to visit the night markets, and each family is limited to two family members to enter the night market.

According to Sinchew,
"All night market hawkers and visitors cannot be under Patient Under Investigation (PUI), Person Under Surveillance (PUS), and still in quarantine period."
The reopening of the night market is still in the testing stage, and locals are not fully opening all night markets as there are a lot of uncertainties. There are still many details that need to be discussed.
The operating hours were now from 4 pm to 10 pm.
"The authorities will listen to the public's request to extend the night market business hours. I will discuss with the state executive members, local government that in charge of, and find solutions to simplify the way people visit the night market."
