Ah, Malaysian politicians. Our ultimate source of entertainment, dare we say. 

Today, the chairman of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) Dr. Rais Hussin uploaded a tweet sharing a recipe for a herbal cure concoction. He also claimed it to be effective in virus prevention. 

Precisely, this particular recipe. 

Within minutes of posting, Twitter users were quick to call him out and debunk his claims.  

Some approached the matter with a sense of humor. 

Nonetheless, if there's one thing we can learn from this incident, it is simply to think before you speak. (or in this case, post.)

As our dear chairman states in his Twitter bio, we must uphold the value of "truth, integrity, and research" when it comes to posting any kind of information online.
