Based on the study of The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), the walking speed of a person can reflect the happiness index, personal life as well as the thinking and behavioural patterns of people themselves.

Researcher Dr Stephanie Studenski said, "People will choose the speed that suits them best. People who walk fast always want to achieve their goals quickly. They might be irritated by the obstacles on the way, and they want to avoid them as soon as possible. They are usually more neurotic, and anxious. They usually have many negative thoughts and a lower happiness index."

People who walk slowly are better at enjoying life because they are usually more patient and relatively tolerant in handling things. Hence, they are more relaxed and have a higher happiness index!

Similarly, if you feel that walking fast is a method of doing exercises or you want to avoid the people who are walking slowly, it will have a significant impact on your health too!

Therefore, let's start to relax and walk slowly from today as it can help to improve your irritability and alter your attitude towards others!
