After Malaysian national badminton player Lee Zii Jia announced to be leaving BAM and BAM then banning him for 2 years (read here), it would appear that an agreement has been reached.
Based on reports, after a private meeting between BAM President Tan Sri Norza Zakaria and Lee Zii Jia himself, the player has been given the green light to go professional.
The young athlete took the news to his FB page stating:
"I am pleased to have a private heart-to-heart meeting with BAM President Tan Sri Norza Zakaria, together with my parents. I am happy that we are now resolving this issue with BAM after receiving Tan Sris blessings to become a professional player.
"My past and future achievements will always be the product of Tan Sri Norza, BAM and Malaysia. I am forever thankful that Tan Sri guided, nurtured and gave me the opportunity to serve the country that I love."
