Famous YouTubers iChang and her husband recently visited their Japanese friend in Hong Kong to teach her how to cook sambal.
While exploring the ingredients they got from Malaysia to make the dish, their friend tasted belacan (shrimp paste) and got fond of it. She came up with the idea to make an Onigiri (rice ball) with belacan.
The friend quickly started preparing the 'belacan onigiri'. They all tried it together and they are loving this new combination.
They even went for a second round with seaweed wrap this time before continue making sambal.
What does everyone think of this? Weird combination? Or biasa-la?
