This mango strawberry sago dessert resembles the Hong Kong famous mango pomelo sago dessert, but with more sweet and sour sensation. If you love mango pomelo sago, you definitely should try this one out!
【Ingredients】
- 1 mango
- 200g strawberry
- Pomelo (half)
- 50g sago
- 100g coconut milk
- 100ml whipping cream
【Directions】
1. Bring water to boil in a large pot. Add sago to the boiling water and let it cook for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and cover until the sago becomes complete translucent. Then, rinse the cooked sago under cold water and set aside.
2. Cut the mango flesh, strawberries and pomelo into small pieces.
3. Blend mango, whipping cream and coconut milk until mushy. Then, remove the mango mush and blend the strawberries until mushy.
4. In a cup, pour in strawberry mush, then sago, coconut milk and mango mush, layer by layer.
5. Top with diced mango and pomelo. And garnish with mint.
