Nike's well-known slogan "Just do it" has been changed to "Don't Do It" for once to stand against racism issues.
The death of George Floyd has brought up racism issues and causing mass protests in the United States. Nike has posted a short video on social media platforms, calling on the public not to tolerate racial discrimination.
The video shows in white text on a black background "For once, Don't Do It... Don't turn your back on racism..."
Adidas is showing support by sharing Nike's post and mentioned, "Together is how we move forward. Together is how we make change."

According to Sinchew, it is not the first time Nike has taken a stand on the racism issue.
In September 2018, Nike made an advertisement with the former player of the National Football League, Colin Kaepernick, who made his peaceful protest of police brutality by kneeling during the national anthem at NFL games.
The advertisement drew attention on social media and affected Nike shares as well.
The Instagram post has gained over 10,000,000 views.
