ICYMI: Chinese Vernacular School In KL Goes Viral For Their Luxurious Restrooms
Once again, a dissatisfying culinary experience from a Ramadan bazaar has circulated on social media.
This time, a woman shared her disappointment after purchasing a Roti John at the bazaar.
Although it initially appeared promising, upon closer examination, it revealed a sizable hole in the centre, with the filling being excessively thin.
Roti John is traditionally known for its generous servings, typically filled with sauces, meat, assorted vegetables, and eggs.
However, in a video posted by @nadiaaqilahbnl, the Roti John she purchased lacked the expected ingredients, leading her to amusingly dub it the "Roti John Menora Tunnel."
The specific location of the Ramadan bazaar where she bought the Roti John was not disclosed in the video.
The video has amassed nearly 1 million views and 33,400 likes on TikTok, with the comment section flooded with netizens critical of the disappointing Roti John.
@alpaca6138 joked: "They are just selling the bread, you have to fill it yourself."
@anakabahemak89 commented: "Great idea by the vendor, you can use it as a periscope while eating."
@gegunduts advised: "Tip for buying Roti John, buy the ones that are not wrapped yet, so you can see them making it in front of you and be more satisfied."
@mieracle humorously said: "This is for peeking at the moon to see if it is time for Eid."
