No need for expensive saloon appointments! Style your bangs at home like a pro & still look as gorgeous as BLACKPINK's Lisa! Here are 5 simple hacks to get you going.
Use A Small, Round Brush

Don't just use any brush or comb! If you want bouncy bangs with lots of volume or curls, you'll need something to grab & secure each strand. For that shorter part of your hair, a brush smaller than 2 inches will smoothen it easier.
You'll find many kinds out there : nylon bristle, ceramic & ceramic hot ones. Choose what best suits your hair thickness & texture!

Blow Dry Upwards

Here's one way to add more tension to your fringe.
1- Brush your bangs & give it a rough blow.
2- Part it in the middle. Section into two & clip to the side.
3- To apply heat, hold the dryer beneath the strands rolled around the brush & blow facing up. Do this for the left & right side.
4- Unclip & gather the locks in your hand. Blow-dry all at once & fix it as you like.

No-Crease Clips

Remember those metallic clips at your hairdresser? They aren't just to put your hair up, away from your face. In fact, these clips can help to hold your set style in place, without leaving any crease or mark behind.
1-After blow-drying your bangs, part it into two.
2- Clip each section onto the sides of your head.
3- Release the bangs once cooled.
You'll find the accessories in many shapes & sizes. Buy from SHINS here.
Don't Air Dry

When you get out of the shower, grab your blow-dryer & tackle your bangs first.
Your fringe won't be flying in different directions. And, that means no more frizz & cowlicks!
Or, if you prefer to go heatless, here's a trick with the same result:
- Split your damp bangs at your part.
- Twist outwards & clip to either side of your head.
- Leave them until dried.
Curtain Effect

This one's for those who want flowy curtain bangs. You'll need a curling iron for this.
Steps:
1- Section your fringe about two fingers width back from your part.
2- Over-direct your fringe to the opposite side for a pretty curtain effect.
3- With your curling iron, twist it back to its side.
4- Slowly twist the fringe out, away from your face with a gentle tug.
5- Repeat for the other side. Fix it to the centre & you're done.
