Over 1.57 Million Workers Allowed To Work By MITI, M‘sians Demand #AzminAliLetakJawatan

As news broke off that over 1.57 million employees are allowed to work during FMCO after gaining approval from MITI, Malaysians did not wait a minute longer to express their utter disappointment and frustration over the decision that many have called "absurd".

As Covid-19 cases are almost reaching their 10k mark in the country, Malaysians are deeply concerned that this decision made by MITI will only exacerbate the situation, and to make matters worse, WHO scientists have released a prediction that Malaysia may be at risk of reaching 26,000 death tolls in a matter of months.

As the Minister of International Trade and Industry, Datuk Seri Azmin Ali has been the subject of Malaysians' anger regarding the announcement made by MITI. Clearly, they are furious. To what extent, you may ask? A petition has already been circling around demanding Azmin Ali's resignation and to date, it has received 17,775 signatures.

Will Datuk Seri Azmin Ali heed the demand of the vox populi? Time shall tell.
