Another day, another person on the internet waking up and choosing bullsh*t.

A battle long ongoing for those who do not share the Bumiputera status in Malaysia, students, among the many other groups have been dealing with the injustices which exists with the quota system.

Yesterday on Twitter, a user expressed her opinion on students with straight A's not getting into the various avenues of tertiary education, of their choice.

Calling out her own privilege, as well as being rude and downright racist, she attracted many angry netizens to her opinion on the matter.

Since the blow up of her tweet, she has made her Twitter account private, in the hopes to avert all backlash.

Unfortunately for her though, her thoughts on race have been spread all over, causing many to be mad, at her, and the system which apparently to this day, favours one group of Malaysians over the rest.

It's 2021, and in this country, on top of a deadly pandemic, a less than capable government, privileged rich people, and the countless other issues we have barely begun to scratch the surface with, racism is but of course still as alive as ever.
