Malaysians might need to add another protective layer when out shopping! This time thanks to a TikTok trend, spreading salmonella everywhere.
Local TikTokers have gone to another level by using raw chicken foot to replace 'tiny hands', a popular comic prop on the app.

They, then, touch on displayed products at shopping malls with the chicken foot, all in the name of viral content. Some of the products are such as chicken stock, eggs, raw poultry & sausages.
This, even, continues on the chillers' glass doors. The irresponsible act might cause the spread of salmonella, a type of bacteria.

Some of the symptoms from salmonellosis include upset stomach, diarrhea, fever, headache, bloody poop & cramps. Although it's not exactly life-threatening, Malaysians definitely do not need another illness to worry about right now.
