Despite Isma's obvious rejection, he kept on repeating the sexually charged question several times.
Following the traumatizing encounter, Grab has since reached out to Isma to resolve the matter.
The man's disgraceful act has certainly raised safety concerns among other female passengers, including putting Grab's reputation on the line.
