During elections, we are well aware that a strategic interplay of tactics takes place among parties to attract supporters to their cause. Regardless of whether these tactics are contentious or not, they have become a customary aspect of the competitive landscape when vying for government positions.
Lately, a series of provocative banners associated with PN has garnered attention on social media, appearing across Selangor. One banner boldly asserts PN as the gateway to heaven, while another bears the slogan "Ini Tanah Melayu, Ini Tanah Kita, Bukan Melayu Hanya Menumpang." A third banner issues a warning, stating "Youngsters would become lost and rotten if they vote for the unity government."

During the ceramah held at Gombak Setia last night, Wan Saiful Wan Jan, a member of the Bersatu Supreme Council, addressed the issue.
He firmly asserted, "While it may seem that PN is responsible for these banners, the truth is that we were not involved. Our campaign has consistently focused on fostering a healthy and harmonious dialogue."
Taking a resolute stance, he condemned the banners as sources of racial provocation, attributing their creation to irresponsible parties.
In a bid to disassociate the party from these controversial visuals, Wan Saiful turned to social media, declaring, "I have given instructions to our election machinery to swiftly remove these banners upon discovery."
