Sharing his unfortunate ordeal on TikTok, he lamented how he was laid off from work as his employer could no longer tolerate the off-days he spent caring for his sick baby at the hospital. 

Even worse, he was also forced to evict his home in the midst of all that. 

As his baby fell into a coma for a month, he noted that many refused to lend a helping hand, even the closest ones.

His tear-jerking story has since shed light on the harsh treatment most employees received as they attempt to care for their sick family members, all the while maintaining a job.
