Good news to all the Totoro fans out there, the Nagoya Board of Education has released a tutorial video on teaching the public to draw the adorable character- Totoro!
The short tutorial video featuring the producer and one of the co-founders of Studio Ghibli, Toshio Suzuki. In the short video, Toshio Suzuki has shown us the quick drawing method using calligraphy ink sketch.
He starts by drawing Totoro's ears
Followed by the round body
Toshio Suzuki also mentioned that the highlight of the drawing would be the spacing between the eyes
And final touch with the arrow design on the chest.
