The wage earners who work overtime often have to deal with negative emotions. They are prone to feel anxious, and they start to enter a state of burnout.

According to research, people who lose enthusiasm for work will gradually lose confidence in their ability to work! However, most people will think that their current job is no longer suitable for them and then move to the next company to gain their motivation. 

In fact, even if you move to the next company, you will still face the same problem. Hwnce, you need to change your thinking and work mode.

1. Options, Doing, Done

Dealing with multiple things at once can easily make you clumsy. 

"Options" are all the things that neeto be done. "Doing" is to choose up to 3 things to deal with. "Done" is the completed things. 

Sort the tasks you need to deal with based on their priority, and then complete them in order. When you have completed 3 things, you can move to "Done", then select 3 items from "Options" and put them into "Doing", and so on. 

An efficient person can complete one thing within a certain period of time well, and then continue to do another thing.

2. Change To-Do List to Get to List

"To-Do List" is a list of thing that you must do, while "Get to List" is a list of thing that you can do. 

Literally, the word "must" will make you feel negative because you don't have the right to choose whether you want to do it or not. 

The word "can" will make you feel that you have the right to choose and freedom. 

If you don’t want to be affected by these negative emotions, you have to redefine the things you have to deal with. For example, replace "I must complete all customer designs today" with "I can complete all customer designs today because the boss believes in my ability." If you handle things in this way, you will make you more confident with your working ability.

3. Chunking

Divide the work assigned to you into several parts and complete them gradually. For example, if you need to submit an advertising draft next week, you need to work with the advertising department to understand customer needs, collect information, topics, content, etc. 

Divide the work nto small parts, and then complete one by one.
