In case you didn't know, the government is being super generous and giving out a lot of financial aids. One of them is e-Belia, a financial aid for the young adults of Malaysia. 

Are you eligible? 

The program is open to all Malaysian citizens:

+ Who have attained the age of 18 to 20 years old in 2021 (born in year 2001 to 2003); OR

+ Who are full-time students enrolled in courses equivalent to diploma or SKM4 and above in a public or private institution of higher learning in Malaysia recognised by the ministries

Eligible youths’ data will be cross checked with registered IHLs and other relevant Government databases

You can claim your e-Belia through any of these apps: BigPay, Boost, ShopeePay and Touch `n Go e-Wallet.

Here's a step-by-step tutorial on how to claim your e-Belia through ShopeePay:

1. Open you shopee app and click on this:

2. Click on claim now.

3. You will be required to activate your ShopeePay. So, key in the information needed.

4. You will get a verification number sent to your phone, type it in. Then, you will be asked to create a specific PIN number for your ShopeePay account. 

5. Once that is done, you have successfully activated your ShopeePay. Click on the arrow going back and you will appear at the main page again. So once again, click on claim now. 

6. Then, you will appear on this page, click on verify now. 

7. Follow the instructions and take a photo of your IC and take a selfie of yourself holding your IC. 

8. Make sure you tick this box! The, click on confirm.

9. You will be taken to this page where you will have to click on confirm again after checking your info. 

10. Finally, this message will pop up on the screen. Click ok and TADAA, YOU ARE DONE! Now, just wait a few days for them to verify your IC.
