She posted a touching photo of herself closely hugging her parents, Datuk Seri Dr. Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, on Instagram.
Amidst feeling relieved to be able to be with her parents, she also stated in her Instagram caption about the heartbreaking tragedy that she went through having a miscarriage of her 4th unborn child.
Nurul Izzah persevered despite losing her unborn child and insisted on being thankful for all the blessings God had showered upon her.
Additionally, she prayed for and extended her support to people who had suffered the same tragedy as her.
She claimed that in addition to using prayer to bolster her own courage, the thought of her unborn child gave her more motivation to keep battling the Almighty's trials.
