The image he posted captured a shocking scene a lifeless cockroach being toasted right within a piece of bread. Fortunately, he noticed the insect before anyone took a bite. In his social media post, he mentioned his initial interest in trying out the restaurant, given its recent opening. 

However, he remarked, "Both the restaurant's hygiene and the staff's poor service need to be improved." As expected, the post swiftly gained traction, with some netizens sharing their own unpleasant dining experiences at the same establishment.

On the same day, the restaurant's management issued a statement via social media, extending their apologies to the individual and pledging a thorough investigation with appropriate measures. However, they remain silent regarding other customers who have expressed dissatisfaction with both service and food quality.
