According to Sanli News and TVBS, a post went viral on Weibo a few days ago. The woman said that she had a hotpot with her boyfriend during the Ghost Festival. The two of them spent more than 200 yuan (about RM122.50) on the meal. When it came time to pay the bill, her boyfriend rarely took out cash to pay.
The woman asked her boyfriend on the way back, but he responded that he had found a red envelope with 200 yuan in cash in it, so he used it and showed the red envelope that was left in the car to his girlfriend.
After hearing what her boyfriend said, the woman became more and more scared and asked her boyfriend to return the money, but her boyfriend thought she was too superstitious.
The woman said: "I have been timid since I was a child. It takes me a long time to forget horror movies and novels. I was sweating all over when I submitted my work, but he tried to scare me on purpose."
