【Ingredients】
Heavy cream - 250g
Melted white chocolate - 100g
Mango - 200g
**Container size: 9.5cm x 9.5cm
【Directions】
1. Peel and slice mango into cubes. Separate the cubes onto 2 plates.
2. Blend 200g of the mango cubes until they turn mushy.
3. Whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until thicken.
4. Melt the white chocolate, then add some of the whipped heavy cream to it. Stir well.
5. Combine the white chocolate mixture with the remaining whipped heavy cream. Mix with an electric mixer until it becomes smooth and thick, but don’t overmix it.
6. Pour some mango mush into the mousse and gently stir it until the mango mush and mousse blend well.
7. Separate the mousse into different containers. Gently shake each container to smooth out the surface. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
8. Pour some mango puree on the chilled mango mousse. Gently move and shake the container to spread the puree evenly.
9. Top with whipped heavy cream and mango cubes.
