Fruits to lose weight!

Lose your weight by consuming fruits! There’s nothing wrong with a plus size but if you are looking for ways to lose weight, there are many ways to do so. Losing weight can boost your confidence so why not give it a shot? 

So if you can’t reduce on other food, try consuming more fruits. Yes fruits are generally healthy but did you know certain fruits can help you lose weight!? As some fruits are higher in fibre and pectin, both natural fat burners that helps you boost your metabolism. 



1. Avocado

Avocado burns your fat that then speeds up your metabolism and so boost your energy. It is enriched with omega 9 fatty acids. Avocado gives many health benefits such as preventing from osteoporosis, a healthy heart, better vision, improves your digestion etc. So practise eating avocado on regular basis. It’s a great way to lose weight and stay fit.



2. Banana

Banana will give you a full stomach and sipping a little water after this will help you stave off any cravings. Its best to consume it raw and green state as it contains more soluble starch. It will give you enough energy to last a game as it also burns fat at the same time faster.

Lemon is known for its management fruit of riboflavin, Vitamin B & C, Magnesium and Phosphorus. Drink a bit of water with lemon or lemon with honey, they’re always the best combination. No better way to start your day with a detoxifier.

One glass of watermelon juice can burn out 50 calories. Rich of vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. Lycopene has been linked with heart health, bone health and prostate cancer prevention. The redder your watermelon gets, the higher the concentration of lycopene becomes.

These chemicals are powerful antioxidants. Pomegranate juice recently made a splash when researchers found that it may help stop the growth of prostate cancer cells.

Green apples have a high fiber content which helps in increasing the body's metabolism. Consuming apple with its peel improves the overall health. Due to its high fiber content, apple helps in detoxification process. So don’t throw those peels away because they actually taste good. Green apples have low fat content and help in maintaining good blood flow in the body. Improved circulation can prevent heart diseases and strokes. Green apples are also rich in vitamin K, which gives them the ability to heal blood clots.
