A pet cat in Hong Kong has tested positive after its owner was confirmed of being infected with the COVID-19 virus. It was already sent to quarantine on March 30 before the test results came back.
The animal has not shown symptoms of having the disease, according to Hong Kong's Agricultural and Fisheries department.
It's not the first time an animal tests positive for the virus. Earlier in the year, 2 dogs in Hong Kong were also tested positive or weak positive for COVID-19 after being tested various times.
