March 28 - Wuhan reopens today!

After being placed under lockdown for more than 2 months, Wuhan is finally partially reopened on Saturday. People are now allowed to go into the city but not head out of it.
A crowd is seen flocking into Wuhan by train. However, the ban to leave the city will not be lifted until April 8.
