it is inappropriate to charge an additional RM5 for measuring the temperature of the visitor who goes to the hospital 3 times a week. This is not a government tax and it is a wrong method to make a profit.

He called on the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs to investigate this issue and urged them to ensure that private hospitals do not levy excessive fees on patients. Besides, he also requested that the particular hospitals refund all fees paid.
