Many people are preparing for the auspicious month as they are set to fast in a few weeks.
Effa, a Twitter user, tweeted that she was looking for advice on fasting during Ramadan, particularly for people with gastrointestinal issues.
Para penghidap gastric, sila kongsi kan tips anda menghadapi bulan Ramadhan. Tips anda might save a life

What started off as a request for help quickly devolved into a lengthy, meaningless lecture from a netizen.
Tak perlu tips, tiada lagi muslim puasa meninggal sebab gastrik, just pastikan bersahur, ambil kurma atau apa2 makanan sunnah, puasa pakai amal dan niat yang betul, jangan nak puasa acah2 barat dan sains macam IF sebagainya. Puasa dlm ramadhan ni satu ibadah, bukan gaya hidup.

He stated that she didn't need any advice and that no Muslims were dying from gastric during the fasting month refusing to provide her with any suggestions or solutions to deal with it.
He goes on to say, "Just be sure to have your first meal of the day, consume some dates, and observe your fast in the proper manner, particularly with regard to behaviour and appearance. You don't need to fast as if you're a Westerner who values science and considers all the what-if possibilities. Ramadan fasting is a tradition and a belief, not a lifestyle."
Eeeeee I tak suka laki kaki complaint, bingit gila. Org tanya solution dia nak bebel panjang mcm pakcik, serabut

Several online users sided with Effa when he uninvitedly expressed his opinions; criticising him as being narrow-minded.
Mak teh i meninggal sebab gastric. Tak boleh puasa langsung. Every 2hours kena isi perut. Setiap masa bertunggu guna iron. Seksa sangat tengok.

Some even revealed how their gastrointestinal issues had caused them to lose loved ones or even be hospitalised during the fasting month.
It is only reasonable that she take the required actions to prevent an aggravation of her symptoms during the month.
But, as they say, keep your thoughts to yourself if you don't have anything nice to say or to offer.
Be kind, everyone.
