The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah was seen enjoying a refreshing bowl of cendol alongside Prince Albert II of Monaco at a local roadside stall in Pahang.

Yesterday, Foreign Minister, Zambry Abdul Kadir, shared a Facebook post about a grand national reception held at the National Palace of Malaysia to welcome Prince Albert II, the Prince of Monaco.

As per the government official, the Prince of Monaco is scheduled for a four-day visit to Malaysia. The arrival of His Majesty and his delegation was greeted by Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah.

Upon his recent arrival, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong promptly accompanied His Majesty Prince Albert II to explore various landmarks in his native state of Pahang. However, a specific moment from their visit has been garnering significant attention across online platforms.

In an Instagram post by @istana_negara, the Agong and the prince savoured a serving of cendol at Cendol Lily, a roadside stall in Lanchang, Pahang. This stop followed their visits to the National Tiger Conservation Centre and the National Elephant Conservation Centre in Kuala Gandah.

Before departing, the royal visitors took photographs with the stall's employees and expressed gratitude to them.

The public cheered as the Agong introduced Prince Albert II to the stall, showcasing local food culture.

Instagram user, @rosyabakar said: "A very good experience for Prince Monaco."

User @zaminah123 said: "The best! Your Majesty invited Prince Albert to eat cendol."

Another user, @atqhbhbl said: "Great! Your Majesty brought him to get acquainted with our culture."

"Allah! Your Majesty is the best... dining in the people's style with royal guests," commented @jackezam.
