Indonesian Instagram celebrity Cut Intan Nabila has reported being assaulted by her husband, Armor Toreador, during a heated argument in their bedroom.
The incident took a dangerous turn when their baby, who was sleeping nearby, was almost trampled by the husband during the assault.
Intan revealed that this is not the first instance of domestic violence in their marriage.
Despite previous incidents, she has stayed in the relationship for the sake of their children.
The argument is believed to have triggered by suspicions of the husbands infidelity with another woman, which Intan claims has been an ongoing issue thought out their five-year marriage.
Footage from a CCTV camera shows the couple initially talking while their baby slept on the mattress.
However, the situation quickly escalated.
Despite year of abuse, Intan's decision to speak out highlights the need to break the silence on domestic violence and seek help for the safety of all victims.
