A recent survey by "Just Dating" targeting Malaysians revealed that women generally prefer to be picked up for dates and the type of car can affect the success rate of the date, rather than the cost of the car.

While men owning Audi or Mercedes-Benz are popular in Malaysia, more than 70% of Malaysian women prefer sporty SUVs such as the Proton X70, Proton X50, and Perodua Ativa. 

Furthermore, Tesla, which has recently entered the Malaysian market, is also popular.

In addition, the survey found that the most popular romantic date among Malaysians is enjoying the nightscape in town. Besides having the "perfect date car," adding a romantic atmosphere during the date is also an important factor in accelerating the relationship.

More than 50% of men stated that they would prepare the following three things in advance:

1. Prepare a playlist that enhances the romantic atmosphere or find out the music type that their date likes.

2. Clean the car inside out to make a good impression.

3. Prepare safety measures in case of emergency.

Just as men have their "perfect date car," women also have their "perfect date outfit." 

They are more concerned about their appearance and makeup during the date, and they like to chat in the car.

If they are not interested in the date, some women will frequently use their phones to indicate the end of the date. However, if they want to proceed to the next stage of the date, some women will casually place their hands on their partner's thigh as a subtle hint.
