Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp salted butter, melted
- 2 cups of cream soda
- 2 tbsp butterscotch syrup
- whipped cream
How:
1- In a jug, whisk together heavy cream, sugar & vanilla extract.
