Looking for an easy pick-me-up dessert that you can whip up in less than 10 minutes? This unbelievably easy Lotus Biscoff ice cream will have you binge-eating like for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
Ingredients:
• 1 tin of condensed milk
• 475ml double cream/full cream
• 250 grams Lotus Biscoff spread
• Crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits
Instructions:
1. Whisk condensed milk, double cream/full cream and Biscoff spread together, mix it well.
2. Add crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits into the mixture.
3. Scoop the mixture into a container, layering Lotus Biscoff spread in between layers.
4. Top with more crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits.
5. Chill it in the freezer.
