A teenager unfortunately lost his life while attempting to retrieve clothes that had fallen outside his balcony.


According to reports from "Harian Metro," the victim was an 18-year-old university student from Shah Alam. On the evening of December 16th at 8:17 PM, the police received a report that a teenager had fallen from the 34th floor of an apartment on Jalan Raja Abdullah in Kuala Lumpur and tragically lost his life.

Noor Dellhan Yahaya, the Assistant Commissioner of the Dang Wangi Police District, revealed that the incident occurred in a 39-story apartment building, and the young man fell from the 34th floor unit. His body was discovered on the lower levels of the apartment.


According to two eyewitnesses, the teenager was attempting to retrieve a piece of clothing that had fallen onto the balcony. In the process, he climbed onto a table to try and climb over the railing.


Unfortunately, the teenager lost his balance and accidentally fell, resulting in a fatal plunge from the apartment. The body of the deceased was later taken to the Kuala Lumpur Central Hospital mortuary for autopsy, and the case is currently under further investigation.


This tragic incident serves as a reminder to exercise caution when attempting to retrieve items from high places. Our condolences to the departed soul.
