For those who prioritize luxury in travel, Malaysia Airlines offers its Flex Fare option, providing passengers with Priority Check-In, Boarding, and Baggage privileges to ease their journey. However, one passenger, Twitter user @/joedelvey, expressed disappointment with the airline's service. Upon arrival and waiting at the baggage claim area, he noticed that bags without the priority tag were being prioritized over those belonging to passengers who had opted for the Flex Fare flight.
Apalah guna priority tag tu kalau beg2 yg keluar dulu semua xde tag priority? Malehhh aku @MAS pic.twitter.com/y0ocaDWXcd

Voicing his frustration on Twitter, @/joedelvey questioned the purpose of having a priority tag if passengers weren't given priority treatment. His wait for baggage extended, fueling his anger. This incident wasn't isolated, with some accusing the airline of scamming passengers.
Following the post's viral spread, Malaysia Airlines reached out to @/joedelvey for his flight details. Several days passed without an update until yesterday when @/joedelvey confirmed receiving his baggage. He appreciated the airline's prompt response, noting an improvement in baggage retrieval time compared to previous experiences.
Acknowledging the positive change, @/joedelvey commended Malaysia Airlines for their efforts, mentioning that this time, his bags were ready promptly upon his return from immigration and restroom facilities. He expressed gratitude for the improved service, reflecting a better experience compared to previous instances of delayed baggage retrieval.
