Recently, the Sarawak Road Transport Department (JPJ) received a touching letter from two South Korean nationals, praising the exceptional service provided by a JPJ officer at the Kuching branch. The heartwarming moment was shared on JPJ Sarawak's official Facebook page, where they posted a picture of the letter and expressed gratitude for the recognition.
"Thank you for your positive feedback on the services provided by JPJ Sarawak. We truly appreciate your kind words and will continue to strive to deliver the best service possible," JPJ Sarawak wrote in their post, showcasing their dedication to service excellence.
The handwritten letter was addressed to JPJ Sarawak Director, Norizan bin Jili, by a couple named Erica and Sung. In their message, they couldnt stop praising an officer named Aszerina, who had assisted them in converting their South Korean drivers licenses into Malaysian ones.
The couple shared that they had received an email notifying them that their Malaysian drivers licenses were ready for collection. Wanting to express their gratitude to the person responsible for helping them, they realized that the email address was not replyable. Determined to show appreciation, they decided to write a letter instead.
In the letter, they described how Officer Aszerina had kindly explained the necessary documents and guided them through the entire process, all while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor. They mentioned how her constant smile and welcoming nature made them feel at ease as foreigners navigating a new system.
Thanks to her, we have grown even fonder of Malaysia and Kuching, the couple expressed in their letter, sharing how this experience deepened their appreciation for the country.
Their first visit to JPJ turned into a wonderful memory, and they emphasized how much they valued Aszerinas kindness and care. The couple concluded their note by expressing their sincere thanks, underscoring how a simple act of outstanding service left a lasting impression on them.
JPJ Sarawaks post garnered positive responses from the public, with many praising the department for its exceptional service and the dedication of its officers like Aszerina.
