Based on reports, Friends actor Matthew Perry has died at age 54, from apparent drowning. 

He was found dead at a Los Angeles-area home on Saturday, citing law enforcement sources, the sources also confirmed his death. Perry was found in a jacuzzi at the home, and no drugs were found at the scene.

TMZ also announced told that there was no foul play involved, and their sources said first-responders were called to the residence for cardiac arrest.

At time of writing, more details surface, as sources tell us he actually died at his own house after some physical activity this morning.

Based on TMZ, he came home sometime in the AM after a 2-hour round of pickleball, and that he sent his assistant out on errand shortly thereafter. When the assistant returned about 2 hours later, he discovered Matthew unresponsive ... and called 911.

Unclear if what Matthew was doing before his passing played any role in his death at this point -- the investigation into his death is underway.
