An Italian old couple, who have contracted the coronavirus and are currently on ventilators, had just celebrated their 50th anniversary at the ICU ward where they are receiving treatment.
The heart-warming celebration happened when the ICU staff learned of their golden wedding and arranged a party for them. The party lasted for 10 minutes, with both the husband and wife are allowed to see each other inside the ward. The medical staff also prepared a cake that has 50 candles placed on it. However, they did not light up the candles for safety reasons.

It is reported that the couple has been moved out of the resuscitation area. Let’s pray that they will recover soon.
