Recently, the Taiwanese director was spotted in Johor Bahru with his crew, enjoying a lovely meal of Bak Kut Teh. He reportedly traveled to Johor to scope for potential filming locations for his next Bruce Lee biopic.
The surprising thing was that he remained unnoticed while eating and whatnot in Bukit Indah.
However, the owner of E Pin Bak Kut Teh, the spot where Ang Lee was having a meal, spotted him and managed to snap a quick photo with the director.
He then took to Facebook and posted in the Bukit Indah大小事 group about his happy news.
The fact that an international director visited his restaurant and raved about the food was even more exciting to him. Ang Lee apparently, told him that the Bak Kut Teh satisfied his palate and the remark certainly made the business owner extremely happy for the following few days.
