Based on the opinion of Jatupol Boriboon, the online learning policy is good, but it is a burden for those very poor families and most of the elementary students do not have mobile phones. There are also suggestions that the kids could get online lessons via TV. But, what if the kid doesn’t have a TV at home? Do the parents need to buy a TV? It is good to allow the kids to start school on time, but this should add extra burden to the parents.
