You know how parking can be so time-consuming and so you just opt for the easy way out and that's to hand over your car to a valet service so it's much more convenient.
However, who knew that this unfortunate Malaysian woman would fall into a trap she never saw coming?
According to reports, the woman drove her company car to a KTV lounge in town and since she was having difficulties in finding a parking space, the woman entrusted her car to the valet staff at the premises by the fake valet service attendant.
Sadly to her dismay, when she went to get her car to head home, she discovered that the vehicle had been stolen.
Despite being a regular customer at the KTV lounge, she had never used the valet service before. Unfortunately, the first time she chose to use this service ended in an unfortunate incident.
It wasn't until 9:30 PM that evening that she attempted to get her car, only to be informed that there was no record of the car being parked.
She also noticed that the person handling the cars was not the same individual who had parked her car. CCTV footage from the KTV lounge confirmed that she had handed her keys to a male individual who was not part of the valet crew, who then drove the car away.
The fake staff first pretended to search for a parking spot and then abruptly accelerated, swiftly fleeing the scene. Furthermore, the woman expressed dissatisfaction with the attitude of the KTV lounge's management. They merely advised her to file a police report and make an insurance claim, seemingly attempting to deflect responsibility.
