In a distressing incident, a toddler had a terrifying encounter at his babysitter's house when a venomous snake was spotted slithering under him as he was sleeping on the floor.
However, the boy unknowingly stepped on the snake's body, but fortunately, the snake did not attack the child.
Nevertheless, netizens are expressing anger over the fact that the person recording the incident, presumably, the babysitter, chose to film it before ensuring the boy's safety.
The mother of the boy came forward, expressing gratitude that her son was unharmed during the encounter. She clarified that the snake was indeed an Egyptian cobra and not a harmless toy.
Following the incident, the Fire and Rescue Department took action and successfully captured the snake at the babysitter's residence in Taman Serai Perdana, Bagan Serai.
