Passengers of the KTM northern service were left in darkness and heat, after a coach had reportedly stopped mid-track for almost an hour without any explanation.
The said coach, T8313 Ipoh-Butterworth bound, suffered a breakdown at 6.55pm yesterday (13 Oct). A fellow passenger had expressed his frustration over the matter on X, calling the dire incident severely troublesome as there were babies and the elderly onboard.
He also mentioned that the condition still hasn’t improved by 7.30pm, whereby passengers can be seen in distress over the power cut and delay. To make matters worse, oxygen level began running low.
