Almost everyone freaks out at this, however this encounter was most certainly different!
In this heartwarming video, a police officer is seen speaking to a group of men through their vehicle by the road, with utmost respect, patience and only love.
Posted by mpv_shah on TikTok, with a caption saying "Kerana Polis Pun Manusia Biasa", the police walks up to the car, greet everyone in it and then proceeds to ask for the Identification Card and license of the driver, while also asking the passengers to show their identification too.
What happens after is what touched the hearts of many.
After seeing that they were foreigners from Indonesia living in Malaysia, the police officer first praises the driver for having a Malaysian license and then proceeds to check in on them, with their jobs here, asking if the job is okay for them.
To which they replied "kerja memang okeylah."
He also calmly shares advise on living in Malaysia, letting them know that we too have our rules to follow but as long as they do follow them, they are bound to live peacefully here.
The police officer further pushes the interaction with mutual respect and emphasised cooperation with the laws here as well. All the men in the vehicle nodded yes in agreement with the officer, and also listened attentively.
Before allowing them to leave, he gives them one last advise.
"Jaga keselamatan, jaga diri itu yang paling penting."
Positive comments were left on the video, which attracted over two million views. Specifically, Indonesians complimented the officer's polite demeanor.
