The Education Ministry has come under fire following the exposé of a rather perplexing SPM oral question.
In the recent Bahasa Melayu oral examination, a particular question titled 'Dream Wedding' had the candidates and parents scratching their heads over the 'inappropriate' context.
The matter has even drawn a heated debate on social media, with irked netizens questioning its rationale considering it was directed towards minors.
According to one Twitter user, a friend of hers was appalled after being directed a question on pre-wedding preparation!
Following the debacle, the Parent Action Group for Education (PAGE) demanded the Malaysian Examinations Syndicate to justify the matter- as there were other relevant issues that could've been raised in the examination.
