One petrol station in Genting Highlands has grown in popularity for its aesthetic lights which look particularly pleasing at night once the fogginess sets in. The downside? Many people from all over the states would flock there at night, forming a big crowd which serves as a great inconvenience for automobile users who simply want to get their car fueled.
According to one video posted on TikTok by a user named @ammarawr_, one night, the overwhelming crowds at said petrol station had caused the management to call the police in order to disperse the situation.
In the video that was uploaded, it can clearly be seen that a police car was present at the petrol station to control the presence of dozens of cars that were there. As of late, people tend to gather at the very spot at night just to take pictures, causing unnecessary congestion, especially on weekends.
There is nothing wrong with staying up to date with the trend, however, please do remind yourself not to cause any inconvenience, especially in public places.
