Motivation enough, here are 9 easy workouts you can do at any place and at any time, in order to get in shape.

1. Boxing - 5 minutes


2. Air punches march - 5 minutes


3. Push ups - 8 x 3 sets


4. Diamond push ups (on knees) - 6 x 3 sets


5. Bodyweight standing military press - 10 x 3 sets


6. Bodyweight single leg deadlift - 10 x 3 sets (each leg)


7. Bodyweight bent over rear delt fly - 10 x 3 sets


8. Bodyweight standing around world wall support - 10 x 3 sets


9. Bird dog - 6 x 3 sets


Easy peasy. May not make a a huge difference but something is better than nothing right?
