Local comedian Douglas Lim has exposed a nationwide obsession that Malaysians just can't seem to shake off.
It's no secret that our mothers started the trend, but it turns out we've all unknowingly become collectors too. Douglas recently shared a relatable moment with his followers, as he discovered a jaw-dropping mountain of Tupperware while cleaning out his kitchen cabinet, all thanks to his wife's contributions.
In the comical clip, Lim couldn't help but exclaim, "It's like someone asked me to tapao the whole universe!" In a time when people worry about adware and spyware, he humorously admits that his biggest concern is the overwhelming presence of Tupperware in his life.
He even playfully pokes fun at himself, saying, "Datuk Lee Chong Wei, former champion! KJ, former minister! Douglas Lim? Former, former!" Taking on a third-party persona, he jokingly asks, "Hey, where's your six-pack?" and promptly answers, "I've got a million-pack!"
The video concludes with Lim showcasing his witty charm and leaving viewers in stitches.
