What you need:
Whole milk - 250ml
Granulated sugar - 30g
Corn starch - 50g (you may also use cassava or potato flour)
Eggs - 2 (optional)
Directions
1️⃣Heat whole milk, granulated sugar and corn starch over medium heat
2️⃣Stir until thickened, remove from heat
3️⃣Spread evenly into a greased bowl, refrigerate for at least 1 hour
4️⃣Cut custard into strips
5️⃣Dredge custard strips in flour
6️⃣Fry until light brown
Dip in condensed milk or chocolate syrup for the best taste!
