Ways To Prevent Yourself From Being A Workaholic

Asians have developed the habit of not being able to say "NO" to their boss even if they know that there is still a lot of work on hand. They even think that they can their boss' impression of them as long as they accept the order. In fact, you must know your bottom line and you must have the courage to say no when you encounter unreasonable things.
2. Pursue Perfection As A Whole
If you are a perfectionist, you must understand that perfection can only be accomplished when you achieved a work-life balance.
Try to set goals for yourself, such as slowing down after working for a few hours, and reward yourself if you can achieve it.
3. Create A Work Schedule
Write down all your current work and time spent one by one. Then, re-examine and reschedule them based on their priority, to improve your work effectiveness.
4. Build Mutual Trust With Colleagues
Most of the workaholics do not know how to assign work and do not trust colleagues. It is recommended that to let other colleagues take over some of your works if you are overloaded. This can improve your work efficiency and performance.
5. Re-examine Your Own Value
Workaholics often view work as their whole part of their life. You should devote yourself to other roles or interests during the off-work hours, such as meeting with your friends, learning yoga, or having "me time" for yourself so that you can get rid of workaholics.
