Jawatankuasa Khas Jaminan Akses Vaksin COVID-19 (JKJAV) reminds the public to check the vaccination status of MySejahtera on the spot, to check whether there is a digital certificate before they leave the vaccination centre. Your status on the MySejahtera application will be updated once you receive the first dose of the vaccine. There will be a vaccine certificate on your MySejahtera after you receive the second dose of vaccine.

Steps

1. Open the MySejahtera application and click "Profile" at the lower right corner.

2. Scroll to the bottom until you see your vaccination status.

Will The Vaccine Certificate Disappear?

Recently, there is a rumour that the electronic vaccination certificate will disappear from the system. However, the authorities stated that it may only be caused by the system failure and it will appear again afterwards. A volunteer who works at the COVID-19 Vaccination Center stated the following conditions are the causes for the vaccine certificate not appearing in the MySejahtera app.

1. The vaccine recipient may incorrectly enter his/ her IC number in the MySejahtera app.

2. The vaccine recipient has not downloaded and registered under the MySejahtera app. If you are registered through family members/guardians, you can view the vaccination certificate through "dependant status".

3. If you are a Malaysian citizen, it is best to use your IC number to register. Do not use your passport number because your passport will expire.

Method To Modify The IC Number On MySejahtera Application

1. Open the MySejahtera application, select "Helpdesk", and click "Start".

2. Choose option E, "I want to update my personal details".

3. Click option A, "I want to update my name & IC number/Passport".

4. Enter your User ID, then click "Next".

5. After entering and confirming the e-mail, click "Submit".

The authorities will update the records within 48-72 hours. After that, you can check the profile page again. If you find that the information is incorrect, you can modify it immediately!
